Sailor Sun
Tsukino Usagi; Chibi Usa; "Asahi Hina"
The daughter of Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask and the current Sailor Sun. After the original series ended, her Pink Moon Crystal slowly gained a firey sparkle to it--Chibi Usa gradually realized that she had the protection of the Sun, not the Moon.
While Chibi Usa is excited to be a real Sailor Senshi and wants to protect the world, she also wants the chance to live out a normal school life the way her mom did. So in between protecting the Ceres colony, she takes on the fake name of Hina so people don't realize she's the princess.

Sailor Ceres
CereCere; Kiku Hanae
Cerecere was reborn in the future as Hanae and is living in Occator City. When the Ghosts attacked, she was the first to be targeted. Diana realized her potential as a Sailor Senshi, so she gave Hanae a transformation pen. Now she's the Sailor Senshi Sailor Ceres!
She likes to think of herself as very elegant, but maybe tries too hard at it.

Sailor Pallas
PallaPalla; Rurikarakusa Aya
Aya was the second Asteroid Senshi to be awakened. She's in the art club and comes up with lots of weird art projects, and wants Occator to become a haven for weird creative types.

Sailor Juno
JunJun; Higanbana Akane
Akane was the third Asteroid Senshi to awaken. Athletic and outgoing, she's the star of the baseball team. She's a bit of a tomboy.

Sailor Vesta
VesVes; Gyoiko Kaoru
Vesta was the fourth Asteroid Senshi to awaken. She's brash and can't stop herself from acting if she thinks someone's in trouble. Some people think of her as a delinquent, but she has a good heart.

Sailor Phaethon
Nanimo Nai
A girl at Occator High School. She doesn't talk to anyone, and when she does, her answers are sometimes strange. She's been talking more lately. People think she's creepy, but Chibi Usa seems interested in her. She's not a normal girl, and in episode 19, she steals Chibi Usa's crystal shards.
We later learn that she is Sailor Phaethon. Presumably, her strangeness was due to her Sailor Crystal being fragmented. It's unknown if the name Nanimo Nai was her real name during the Solar Empire, or whether it was a fake name, but its meaning may give some clue: it literally translates to "Nothing" or "Empty".
Sailor Phaethon was the Guardian for a small planet that later broke up and formed the Asteroid Belt. She was killed during her planet's destruction, and her Sailor Crystal shattered and spread across the Asteroid Belt. The four largest pieces grew into new Sailor Crystals: that of the Sailor Quartet. Therefore, it's impossible for Sailor Phaethon to exist in entirety while the Sailor Quartet still lives.
The Previous Sailor Sun
Queen Rhea
The ancient ruler of the Solar Empire, created by the gods to rule over the newborn Solar System. She was well-loved by her people. When the Titans went to war with the Olympians, the Solar System was thrown into chaos, and she was left to deal with it alone. She met her end while trying to prevent her planet, Theia, from colliding with the proto-Earth.
She never reincarnated, and was only able to pass on her powers--and communicate through dreams--when a child was born to the Moon Princess and the Earth Prince.
